Scope and Content

W. P. Crozier to Robert Dell.

Location: [Manchester].

The M.G. published the protocol pamphlet; he does not think, on re-reading the articles, that they would be that applicable to warrant re-printing. The perspective has changed: Germany is in the League, and the Kellogg pact has been agreed. He asks for his views on the new French plan, subsequently giving his own views, discussing the question of armies. He would like his views both in private comments and in articles, based on the insufficient details available of Herriot's plan.
