Letters from R. H. Case, academic.

39/1 18 Mar 1929, thanks Tait for pamphlets. Discusses Norton Priory; describes a visit to the Hatton family house in Monnow Valley (unidentified), and its claim to be a former residence of Colonel Thomas Pride as well as the genealogy of the Hatton and Case family, plus links to "Fitznigel.

39/2 29 Dec 1932, apologises for lateness but congratulates Tait because "Pembroke are doing you honour." [i.e. honorary fellowship]. He reminisces about the Vice Chancellorship of Maslin, who he guesses is close to 69 years old. He goes on to talk of a distant relation, Captain Harry Case.
