This series of correspondence were located within Bernard Cricks metal trunk, entitled "Bernard Student stuff", and some loose files within boxes and filing cabinet draws. They cover the period he spent teaching in America and in Africa during the 1950s and 1960s, as well as some material from the 1970s onwards. Some of the records had been arranged into an alphabetical folder, but some files remained separate with distinct file titles, and this has been maintained in the arrangement.
