(A) Surrender (Conveyance)

(i) Richard Powdrell, late of Farndon, co. Chester, but now of Edge, co. Chester, gent., a customary tenant.

(ii) Philip Humberstone, gent., steward of the said manor.

(iii) John Buckley of Acton Heath within the said manor.

At the special Court Baron of Sir Robert Salusbury Cotton, bart., Surrender by (i) to (ii) to the use of (iii) of moiety of copyhold messuage and land at Bradeley Green.

Consideration: 2s.6d. to the lord of the manor.

(B) Plea of Novel Disseizin and Recovery

(i) William Moss, a customary tenant.

(ii) John Buckley.
