Jones re. the condition of Castellmai, gives a lot of detail and the rent arrears; the rent notices for Brynsiencyn; he has been repairing Pen Gamdda Bach and has a tenant in since May. His brother is staring with the Chemist shop and Mr Rice Roberts is going to send a man over to measure the ground for the lease. Mentions the Plough and Mount Pleasant; and Brynglas.
Enclosed: 1907 Feb. 26 COPY LETTER: Owen Pritchard, Tyn Coed, Garn Dolbenmaen re. the terms of his tenancy which he feels are unreasonable with regard to putting the place in repairs. He mentions that the chamber at the back has no kind of flooring neither any kind of window. There is water coming through the roof to the bedroom, there is no kind of privy at all. He mentions Bryn Cadnant, and Glandwr.
