Counterpart lease for 99 years or 3 lives from (i) to (ii) of a piece of waste ground behind (ii)s dwelling house adjoining garden wall of George Evans, merchant near the Mount in the Borough of Swansea, from the back yard of the house to the rivulet as it runs from the ropeyard to the sluice under the bridge from the square of the George Evanss garden wall even with the square of the west pine end of (ii)s house, with liberty to enclose it, on condition that the wall, hedge or ditch will not obstruct the sight or prospect from the Mount to the Bay or the Mumbles Road.
