Scope and Content

That he should confirm to her all rents, monies and goods left to her by her mother, with full liberty to dispose of them; that he would declare that she has not prejudiced his estate by her management of it during his absence, or at any other time; and that if he should absent himself again, he would leave full authority to her and his steward George Constable to manage his estates, or to appoint his own manager, paying her a suitable maintenance allowance.
