1. David Stephens of Grongar in the parish of Llangathen, farmer, and Sarah his wife (one of the daughters and coheiresses of John Jones, late of Duffrynissa in the parish of Llanfynydd, gent, deceased).

2. John Morgan of the county borough of Carmarthen, banker, and William Morgan of the same place, banker.

3. James Hughes of the county borough of Carmarthen, gent.

LEASE for one year for 5/- of a 1/5 share of Duffrynissa in the parish of Llanfynydd, lately occupied by William Williams, clerk, now by Daniel Evans.
