(i) William Lloyd of Plaspower, co.Denbigh, esq., and William Lloyd the Younger of same place, esq., son and heir apparent of the said William Lloyd the Elder
(ii) John Jones of Llwynon, co. Denbigh, esq., and John Jones the Yunger of Lwynon, esq., eldest son and heir apparent
(i) agrees to the construction by (ii) of weir across the river Clywedog between land (with iron forge) owned by (ii) in township of Abenbury, co. Flint, and lands owned by (i) in Woodfield, parish of Marchwiel, co. Denbigh, for the better management of iron forge by (ii), and (ii) agrees to let (i) use watering places (specified) on the river Clywedog for (i)’s horses and cattle, and to maintain a certain fence across the said river
