File contains correspondence between Professor George Gray and Dr Hiroaki Yanagida, Director of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science. Correspondence relates to the opening of the new office of the society in London on 30 May at the Science Museum, and an invitation to Professor Gray to become a member of the society. Note that this connection with Dr Yanagida led to Professor Gray being invited to give a lecture at The Engineering Academy of Japan in Tokyo on 17 Nov 1995.
