Administrative / Biographical History
Miss Gee was the daughter of John Howel and Jane Gee, later adopted by her uncle Thomas Gee of Liverpool, lawyer. The family lived successively at Caer Rhun, Hafodunos and Gloddaeth. Miss Gee eventually settled at Gilfach where she commenced farming and established a renowned garden.
