(i) David Pennant of Downing, Flintshire, esq.

(ii) Edward Roberts, clerk, vicar of Whitford, Flintshire.

(i) grants to (ii) and his successors as vicars of Whitford three annuities of £15, £15 and £20 charged upon a shop in Holywell High Street and a messuage and lands called Nantgwillim in Bodfari, Flintshire to be distributed in money or clothing amongst the poor of the parishes of Holywell and Whitford in accordance with bequests made by (i)'s late son, David Pennant the younger and by Sarah Pennant, his aunt and Lewis Gold, servant to his late father, Thomas Pennant.
