Scope and Content

Richard Hankes; John Brewer of Snaith.
Hankes to repair a lead spout or gutter which he had recently attached by permission to Bewer's house, which adjoined the house held by Hankes as tenant of Mr Yarburgh. Hankes to pay 1d. per annum at Michaelmas in recognition of Brewer's permission.
