Scope and Content

ALS, addressed from 9 Elsworthy Terrace, Primrose Hill. Refers to a child's prayer he has heard - 'Dear God, please make the bad people good, and the good people nice' - which reminded him of Butler's moral philosophy. Has been enjoying 'The Twilight of the Gods'. Is glad that Jones was pleased with his note about Ballard [see VIII/1/3/36]. Recounts his family news.
