The two pages at the front give different titles. One is 'The Jews of Oxford: The New settlement, 17th-20th Centuries', and the other 'The Oxford Jewish Community 1841-1941'. Both state that it was written for the centenary of the foundation of the community, 1841-1941.
David Lewis states in his book (page 111) that his book was in a fairly advanced state when he became aware of the relevant material and this article held at Hartley Library, University of Southampton, collected and written by Cecil Roth. The copy was originally in an envelope postmarked 15/Aug/1991 from Southampton University.
