The General Service Board of Alcoholics Anonymous Great Britain and Ireland Limited was founded in 1957; a company limited by guarantee. The name was subsequently changed in 1980 when Ireland founded their own Board. Board members appointed to the GSB become directors and Trustees of a Charitable Company, and have a duty to ensure the effective management of the Company. This series contains the General Service Board's Annual Reports to the General Service Conference (1959-2015); Board minutes(1997-2003); financial records (1958-2001); and Statistical surveys of the Fellowship (1972-2015);
