Manuscript note addressed to Mr Harrop asking for advertisement of property to be changed. Dated Bank, 29 Dec 1789, and signed Holl[an]d Ackers.

p 3) Small engraving of Lark Hill near Manchester, seat of Col Ackers.

Under manuscript note advertising a house in Deansgate, late Mr Chadwicke, but now in occupation of Mr Saml Rawlinson, to let. Warehouse also available. Nd.
