This series arrived as a mixture of apparently intact original files of annual incoming correspondence arranged alphabetically, together with a quantity of loose papers that had once been filed in a similar manner. The entire collection was in a dirty condition and in some cases damaged. It has now been removed from the original acid files, cleaned, and those loose papers have been reunited with the remainder of the files for the relevant years.
