DECLARATION by John Hughes, Tal Gwina, Tyn Lon, Bodwrog and Lewis Hughes, Isallt, Cerrig Llwydion, Tregarth that Grace Hughes died on the 24th of February 1930 intestate and that from this date up until 1 December 1946 they have held the property 16 Albert Street as her personal reprsentatives and during this period have been in receipt of the rents and profits without any adverse claim having been made against either of them. The title deeds have been lost and both declare that the freehold property was vested in them up to 1 December 1946 as personal representatives and on the 1 December 1946 they assented to the vesting of the property in themselves as joint tenants. By a conveyance dated 30 December 1946 Lewis Hughes conveyed all his interest in the property to his brother John Hughes so that the said John Hughes now holds the property in unencumbered fee simple in possession free from incumberances as absolute owner.XM13004/3
