Photocopy of manuscript reminiscences by a former nursing assistant at Clifton Hospital (Nursing Assistant Bickerdike), who began working there in 1968. This was written in 1993 (just before Clifton closed). The writer worked until Clifton Hospital closed in 1994.There is useful information within it about nursing uniforms, organisation, names of wards (and gives a key to the ward numbers and later names), and it provides great insight into what it was like at the hospital in that period.
