Scope and Content

Manuscript letter: Bromley is "much obliged" for the copies of Owen's journal, he intends to become "fully acquainted" with Owen's views. He hopes to see Owen in London, as "there are some matters I want to talk to you about, particularly...the possibility of getting something done in the way of experiment."
