Addressed to Oliver at Eton. Told him the news that he was to leave the Council of India and become Chairman of the East Indian Railway Company. His picture has one home and has been hung up in the drawing room. Will have to take Lytton down to Bournemouth before very long. Refers to the Bakers' strike; thinks they are right. Sent from Lancaster Gate.
