Includes the journals of Samuel Goodyer, Thomas Richardson, Thomas Kennington Hyde, William Dowson and John Brownell, the autobiography of J T Hartwell and William Solomon, as well as the notebooks of Rev & Mrs George Swinnerton. The miscellaneous material principally relates to slavery.
