The Buckinghamshire Engineering Company Limited, of Langley, Buckinghamshire, was incorporated in 1945, with Rolf Pasold as a founding Director. It was registered no. 401718 at Companies House. The name of the company was changed to Ladybird Engineering Limited in 1963, and to Pasolds (Group Services) Limited in 1978. In 1984 the company's shares were sold to J&P Coats Limited. The company was dissolved on 19 July 1988.
