Agreement for the purchse of Rural Lot No 56, the Mount Kellet site in Hong Kong by William Danby. Danby was an employee of Butterfield & Swire at the time of the purchase. There is a note attached to the agreement suggesting that Danby subsequently sold the land the following year to Butterfield & Swire for a loss.
