Small format (postcard, quarter and half plate) glass negatives grouped by subject

Predominantly half plate (6.5"x4.75"), postcard (5.5"x3.5") and quarter plate (4.25"x3.25") size negatives, with a small number measuring 5"x4" and one lantern slide measuring 3.25"x3.25". The negatives are divided into 11 subject groups: family holidays, group activities and sports, domestic architecture, street scenes, pubs and shops, places of worship, occupations and manufacturing, railways, motor vehicles, horse-drawn vehicles, and illustrations. The negatives are unnumbered but many of the commercial images have labels indicating the customer name.
