Letter - from D M Roberts to Mr [Kortegas] at Nant Conway RDC dated 27 Sep 1955, requesting that his case to add an extension of one or two rooms to his bungalow be put before the Committee. DMR explains that with only one bedroom, his 14 year old daughter is having to sleep in the same bedroom [as her parents]. He goes on to say that the bungalow is made of wood, has been standing since 1934 and that the [original] plans "were passed through the Council as temporary".
