File of general correspondence between Caroline Hutton, owner of Women's Revolutions Per Minute (WRPM), and women's centres, women's holiday homes, and other organisations.

Correspondents include (among others): Oakland Women's Centre, a women's holiday centre near Hereford regarding the centre stocking records for sale and WRPM donating promotional copies, also includes flyer for centre (1980-1983); A Women's Place (AWP) information service regarding inclusion of WRPM contact details in AWP information bulletins (June 1982); Olga Buzek, Coventry Women's Centre Collective regarding Hutton running stalls and workshops at the centre's events, including an open day and disco (1982-1983); Women's Holiday House Ltd, Settle North Yorkshire regarding donation of WRPM tapes to centre (1985); Sheffield Women's Disco enclosing promo records (April 1981); Earth Exchange, Archway, London regarding locating performers for women-only gigs at the centre (April 1987); letter from Tracy Ridge, Cleveland Women's Centre regarding arrangements obtaining records for an International Women's Day event on a sale or return basis (1986); letter from Cherry Potts, Albany Lesbian and Gay Information Service regarding supplying publicity for lesbian musicians for exhibition; and letter from Trudy Begg, Women in Barnet Action Group regarding the possibility of obtaining records on a sale or return basis for fundraising (November 1985).

The folder also includes publicity material for women's organisations and events, including flyers for Rock against Sexism (1980); South West Jazz; The SYPHA Women's Music Network, and Association of Women's Music and Culture. Flyers and programmes for the Ovatones recording studio (1991. 1996) and the Women's Media Resource Project workshops (1988, 1993).
