COUNTERPART LEASE for a term of 10 years of the Rectory of Parsonage Impropriate of Caergybi or Holyhead with the members thereof Bodedern, Llandrygarn and Bodwrog, co. Ang., in the tenure of John Owen esq. and late of William Vickers, gent., (the College reserving the Curacies of Holyhead, Bodedern, Llandrygarn and Bodwrog and the nomination to them and a small piece of ground in Holyhead).

Clauses include the allocation of payments including the salaries of the curates and responsibility for repairs of the Churches except the chancel at Holyhead.

Rent: 1 moiety of the clear yearly rents of the Rectory after deduction of salaries of curates and other expenses and reserving the sum of £100 to William Rowlands.
