Endorsed: 'Propositions agreed to in the Court of Directors the 10 Feby 1773 as proper to be offer'd to the General Court on the 12th Feby. NB These propositions were alter'd on the 11 Feby in the Court of Directors and others, order'd to be printed in their room.'
