(ii) John Downward of Worthinbury, co. Flint, yeoman

(iii) John ap John, son and heir apparent of (i)

(iv) Jane Downward, daughter of (ii).

(i) agrees over a period of 7 years to certain settlements with (ii), whereby a messuage and parcels of land called the Great Meadow, the Little Meadow, Kae yr Llwyn, Kae yr Llwyn Bychan, Kae Gwydd y dryllie, Kae yr Kyl, Kae yr Nant, 7 butts in Maes yr hewl, 5 butts called Bryn y Gwythel, all in Ifton, co. Salop and 2 closes called Y Kyrie, 2 closes called Y Wairglodd and Yr Fouchog in the township of Bronygarth, co. Salop are conveyed to trustees (named) to uses (specified)

Consideration: marriage of (iii) and (iv) £75 with goods and household stuff to the value of £10 by (i) to (iii) and (iv)
