Made by William Williams of 119 Mauldeth Rd., Withinton, Manchester, dairyman re farm known as Bron y Gadair Ucha, situate in pa. Caerhun and occupied by John Williams and William Roberts as tenants and previously in possession of his father William Williams who died 2 October 1907 and his sister Jane Plumb and himself. Farm was willed to WW and JP as tenants in common. Only mortgage on property is for £300 secured by William Roberts of Bryn, Conway, gentleman.
