Includes notes on Richard Johnson taken from Walker's Sufferings of the Clergy; notes on Lord Derby's Chapel in the Collegiate Church; notes headed "Killegrew's Lease" [also spelt Killigrew], apparently taken from Strype's Annals vol 2; copy of the valuation of the income of the College taken by Oliver Cromwell's Commissioners in 1649; notes headed "Two different characters of Dr Richard Wroe, Warden of Manchester"; notes on the ancient chapels in the parish of Manchester (Newton, Blakely, Didsbury, Chorlton, Stretford, Denton, Gorton and Birch) (torn); notes on Salford Chapel and Salford Chapel Charity founded by Humphrey Booth the Younger; original receipt for £2, 40 shillings of which is due to Oliver Heywood for preaching one sermon once a year at Halifax Church, signed "Oliver Heywood for Cole[?g] Chappel", Jan 22 1652.
