Scope and Content

EXAMINATION AND DEPOSITION: William Evans, labourer, of pa. Trewalchmai to which he and his wife have become chargeable, that he was born at Nant Aedda in pa. Aberdaron in Co.Caernarvon in Nov. 1772 the son of Evan Prichard and his wife Elizabeth. When he was seven years of age the examinant and his family moved to pa. Llangeinwen in Co. Anglesey. He has done no act to gain settlement in his own right and those six weeks ago he received parochial relief from pa. Aberdaron whilst residing in pa. Trewalchmai.

EXAMINATION AND DEPOSITION: William Williams of Ysgubor Esgob in pa. Trewalchmai certifying that the copy produced of the details of the baptism of William Evans at Aberdaron is a true copy of that seen at the Consistory Court in Bangor on May 1 1843.

EXAMINATION AND DEPOSITION: Owen Williams of Penybryn in pa. Trewalchmai that the sum of 3/- had been received from pa. Aberdaron for the relief of the said pauper.
