STATEMENTS OF RENTAL ACCOUNTS produced by T. Howes Roberts St. Asaph and earlier by Mr Richard Thomas agent Carnarvon, a for Mrs Jane Jones and then Miss H. Wynne Jones for properties in Carnarvon and Anglesey including: New Street; Northgate Street; London House; Llainbupur; Brynglas; Tynycoed; Glandwr; Tynypistill; Bronhau; Castellmai and Seiont Toll House. Lists rental income, expenditure, repairs carried out and balances for six monthly periods.

Enclosed: Letters and receipts (8) for rent, income tax and bills paid by tenants. 1885 - 1896
