That Christopher Bentley (as U DDEV/50/229) be examined, further to the Affidavits as U DDEV/50/229 - 230, and if it then appear that no part of the estates in West and Middle Rasen be vested in Sir Philip Constable and that no profits accrue to him from it, then the estates shall be fully discharged
