Indenture of agreement between Edward Chetham of Chetham [Cheetham], gentleman, of the first part, Richard Mascy of Sale, Cheshire, esq., and George Traves of Blakeley [Blackley] gentleman, of the second, and Francis Chetham of Nuthurst, esq., of the third, respecting certain debts of the said Francis.
