Typescript copy of the Director's annual report. The research workers along with their investigations are described as follows: Mr Connoll and Mr Howarth (examination of changes in plasma and serum following filtration), Dr F. Stratton (serological investigations and produced a specific polysaccharide from peptone), Dr P.B. Woolley (cases of pernicious anaemia in the out-patient clinic), Dr Kohn (vitamin deficiencies in school-children in Manchester and Glossop areas), Dr Kench (haemopoiesis in lead poisoning), and Wilkinson (nutritional anaemias, Addison's Disease, pernicious anaemia, aplastic and haemolytic anaemias, and toxic anaemias related to war and industrial processes).
