All the land at Swithne which the donor acquired from the men of William de Paumes). Also a toft in Naburne lying between Litelthwait and the road, of the breadth of 5 perches from the N. part of the toft of John, the donor's son: The canons to have no claims by reason of this gift in any assarts he has made or may make.
