Minute books of meetings between the Association and employers' associations, mostly the Bolton Master Cotton Spinners' Association. The meetings discussed various disputes, wage lists, and the introduction of new working practices. Abbreviated minutes of the meetings were often included in the Annual Reports (BCS1/1).
Each volume contains a basic index.
