His manor of Sywardeby, with the reversion of a third part of the same held in dower by Alianora widow of Sir Robert de Sywardeby, and of 3 tofts held of the donor by William de Balne, Stephen Marcand and the donee for their lives: Witn. Sir Roger de Somervill, Sir Robert le Conestable, Roger de Bouyngton, William de Bucton, Thomas de Arderne. Given at Sywardeby, Tues. after Trinity 1335. Note in 16th century hand 'this is granted back to Thomas se thevidences of Thomas'. Fragment of seal.
