1. The Swansea Improvements and Tramways Company, principal office at 88 Kingsway, London

2. The South Wales Transport Company Limited, registered office at the same address

The principal agreement, dated 1 Dec 1936, provided that after the abandoment of the tramways by 1. the whole of the stage carriage services over the abandoned routes should be operated by 2. Receipts and expenses should be pooled between the two companies.

The first supplemental agreement, dated 27 Jul 1948, formally provides that 2. continues to use omnibuses and other vehicles provided by 1. in consideration of the share of net receipts.

The second supplemental agreement, dated 9 Sep 1949, varies the arrangements for the amounts payable
