Messuage with 4 acres meadow in the E. called Le Croft, 5ac. pasture on the N., called Ekilgarthes, 3ac. in field called Whitacres, 2ac. called Hungerhill in the Eastfield and 1ac. in Morehowse Flatt there, all in Horsforth, held of the Crown manor of Pontefract in free soccage and of 20s. annual value: Prudens (aged 20), Dorothy (aged 18), Isabella (aged 16), Joan (aged 14), Grace (aged 12), and Elizabeth (aged 5) being his daughters and co heirs. Taken at Ripley 26 September 1614.
