EXAMINATION AND DEPOSITION: Thomas Hughes, farmer, Elizabeth Roberts, spinster, both off Gorsgoch and Edward Owen, police inspector of parish Holyhead in the case v. Thomas Jackson accused of stealing a silver watch and guard, the property of T.H. Deponent E.R. states she gave lodgings for the night to the accused who told her he was a doctor and had come from Dublin having attended the Lord Lieutenant. After he left the watch was missed.
