EXAMINATION AND DEPOSITION: Hugh Williams and William Jones of Holyhead in the case v. William Jones aged 10 years, accused of stealing 28lbs. of iron of the value of 1/6d., property of the London and North Western Railway Co. Deponent says he saw the boy in the yard with a bag containing scrap iron on his back.

Imprisoned in Holyhead Lockup House for twenty-four hours and once privately whipped.
