Scope and Content

LETTERS: [Honourable] W. O. Stanley [M. P.], Penrhos, Holyhead [Lord Lieutenant of Anglesey] to W. H. Owen, esq., Plas Penrhyn [Sheriff of Anglesey] in connection with the visit of H. R. H. the Prince of Wales to open the new breakwater at Holyhead.

The letters deal with such matters as the date of the visit, drafting of the loyal address, the calling of a county meeting to approve of the address etc., and include some draft replies by W. H. Owen.
