Scope and Content

1. William Phibbs of Seafield, co. Sligo esq. and George Phibbs his second son a Lieutenant in the 87th Regiment of Infantry.

2. Robert Bramston Smith of Upper Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin, Major in the County of Dublin Light Infantry Regiment of Militia and Frances Charlotte Bramston Smith, spinster and the daughter of him and his wife Elizabeth.

3. Edward Horatio Phibbs Maunsell of Newborough.

4. George Waldie Griffith of Henderside Park, Roxburghshire esq. and Henry Birch of Dromartin, co. Dublin.

MARRIAGE SETTLEMENT in consideration of the marriage to be solemenised between the said George Phibbs and Frances Charlotte Brumston Smith touching the Pencraig Estate and Emlyfadd in the barony of Corran and a quarter of Dacloonagh, Carrowreagh, Mahery, Knockconnor, Leveny, Drumrat otherwise Knockbreagh, Torr Prear all in the barony of Corran and co. Sligo and the former Blind Quay, 9 -10 Lower Exchange St. property in Dublin and towns and lands of Killbeg anf LIisevarra, pa. Ballingarry, barony of Connelloe, co. Limerick a tenement at Hampstead, pa. Glasnevin, barony of Coolock, co. Dublin, 54 and 55 High St. Dublin a messuage in pa. Donnybrook, barony and co., Dublin, a mill and millrace on the north side Back Lane and 5, 6 and 7 Back Lane, Dublin and messuage on the west side of Fishandle St., Dublin where formerly stood the Bulls Head and known as 55 and 56 Fishandle St.

Sligo esq. and John Francis William Walker of Rathcarrick SLigo esq. and Owen Phibbs and WIlliam Phibbs, Major in the Dorsetshire Regiment of Infantry, and Edward Horatio Phibbs Maunsell and John MacDougall Foy of Margaret St., Cavandish Sq., co. Middx.,esq. making alterations to the settlement.
