ORDER: Issued by two J.P.'s that Hugh Owen, who was apprehended by Richard Jones in parish Llandyfrydog, be convicted as an idle person who had not used proper means to get work, although he was at times able to work, and who had not used the money which he received weekly as a pauper towards the support to his wife and children. This being the second offence, Hugh Owen is ordered to be remanded in Beaumaris House of Correction until the next Quarter Session unless he is sooner discharged in due course of law.
