(i) The Hon. Edward Mostyn Lloyd Mostyn of Mostyn, co. Flint.

(ii) Charles Morris of Newport, co. Salop, esq.

(iii) John Sisson of Plas Coch, co. Denbigh, gent.

Appointment of (iii) as receiver of the rents of (i)'s estates in cos. Flint, Denbigh and Caernarvon for securing to (ii) interest on several mortgage debts.

Endorsed, 25 Mar 1840: Agreement as to rate of interest on above.
