Scope and Content

Letter from William Leyburn to Lord Grey. By the direction of Capt. [Joseph] Barra, W.L. transmits a bill of exchange for £500, which Lord Grey is to return signed and made payable to Barra, so that Barra may draw on it for troops' pay etc. Barra is making a fair recovery.
